• Hydrogen Peroxide is used for bleaching
• Fabrics may have been treated with cationic softeners, which require scouring prior to dyeing
• "Preshrunk" DOES NOT mean fabric does not shrink; possible shrinkage for the warp may be 0-5% and for the weft may be 0-3%.
• All knit fabrics must rest before cutting, otherwise possible shrinkage can be up to 10%
• Slight weave imperfections and shade variations are characteristic of natural fibers and should not be considered defects, but natural quality enhancements. Shade marking is recommended.
• All fabrics are in stock. However, production may be required for larger quantity orders. Please allow 8-12 weeks lead time for fabric production.

Return Policy

1. No Refunds! Exchanges available for incorrect or manufacturer's defected items at no cost. $20.00 Exchange/Reship/Restock fee for any other exchanges that we may approve.

2. All Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

3. All exchanges or refunds must have an RA#

4. No claims will be accepted if fabric or clothing has been dyed, cut, altered in any way, washed or worn.

5. Refused and/or returned orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping and handling charges.
